Returns & Refunds policy

Due to the nature of our business of customizing all our products, we do not offer a return or refund policy. You are entitled to cancel your order prior to payment without giving any reason for doing so.

Once payment is received and product is ordered and customized, the order is not refundable. You can always email us to inquire where we are in the process of making your order and we will work to the best of our ability to accommodate you within the above guidelines. If we are able to cancel your order, we will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we agreed to the cancellation. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Should you find an error with your product, you must notify us within 5 days of receiving your order. We will work to the best of our ability to make your order right. After this timeframe we will consider your order satisfactory and complete.
